Terms and Conditions

All purchases can and will ONLY be shipped to Malaysia and Brunei.
All items are on a first come first serve basis.

If an order of more than 1 item is made it will be packaged together. A 5% discount will be given for purchases of 3 items or more.

For purchases totaling above RM 1,000.00, an installment plan of 2 payments can be made. The first payment of the installment/payment plan has to be at least 50% of the total price of the order.

Reservations can be made to hold an item to confirm intent of purchase. Items above RM500.00 will require a 20% down payment. Any cancellations will result of a 5% charge of the reservation fee. If a reservation on an item has been made, it is considered sold unless said otherwise.

All payments are payable through MAYBANK and HSBC ONLY. For those who have a PAYPAL account, they may pay through PAYPAL as well. Please be advised, in addition to the total, a 4% charge will be incurred upon all PAYPAL transactions.

Payments are to be made within 5 days after a confirmation to purchase has been received. All transactions are FINAL and all items purchased CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Some of the items are directly from United States of America. Please allow 2-3 weeks for handling and shipping purposes.

Due to the high custom fee imposed on tax and clearance, from now on, I'll cut off the small piece of price tag and put it in the bag to avoid hassle in future.
